Angela uses hand turned wooden plates and bowls as her canvas. Painting with only the finest acrylics and pigments, various methods are employed.
Applying thin layers of paint allows the beauty of the wood grain to be visible. Using more saturated applications, the boldness of color is accentuated.
The process is complete when both sides of the art piece receive five coats of premium lacquer, ensuring long life for the artwork.
